While the Log Cabin block is an ancient design, it is still attractive.  There are dozens of ways to Paper Pieced Log Cabinarrange the blocks to make each quilt look unique.  There are also several ways that you can put this quilt together.  One way is to use paper piecing. The advantage of this method is that you will have amazingly accurate blocks, allowing for each ‘log’ to be thinner, and therefore more appealing.  You can play with borders as well.  In this class, we will cover the staggered star border, which adds a great deal of charm to the quilt.  I love this quilt; it’s absolutely my favorite pattern!
